Less Than 7 Days Before Delivery

Refunds are generally not available.

However, ReThynk AI may provide rescheduling options at its discretion.

 

After Service Delivery

Once any of the following have been delivered:

  • Strategy session
  • Workshop
  • Seminar
  • Webinar
  • Keynote speech
  • Research service
  • Training program
  • Advisory engagement

No refunds will be provided.

This is because the expertise, intellectual capital, preparation, and professional services have already been delivered.

 

Missed Sessions

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
  • Rescheduling requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Custom Research & Advisory Projects

Once research, analysis, planning, preparation, or project work has commenced:

  • Payments become non-refundable.
